Home delivery to anywhere in Singapore at S$30. Standard Delivery is within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays to local addresses. Otherwise, delivery is every Thursday*. Delivery time is 12 pm - 5 pm.

If there is a discrepancy please call 6732 0102 within 2 days. 7. If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us on 6732 0102 or e-mail help@elc.sg within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate goods and replace those we deem to have been damaged or faulty at time of sale. Please include written account of the problem. 8. If you would like to exchange a toy for any other reason, we must receive goods back in our stores in original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please also bring a copy of your original receipt.
