1. Retail Assistants - Part Time and Full Time
Our Retail Assistants are core members of our in-store team and the key interface with our customers. We are currently looking for full time and part time assistants. All Retail Assistants will be trained in customer relations and effective retail practice, "the ELC way".
Retail Assistants need to display the following attributes
Ø Confident and outgoing and cheerful
Ø Love working with people, and children in particular
Ø Possess strong communication skills
Ø 100% service focused
Ø Speak clear English and another local language
Ø Care for her personal appearance
Ø Able to work weekends, public holidays and extended hours
It would also be helpful to
Ø Have studied or worked in Early Childhood Development and Education
